At American Legion Post 200, we stand united in honoring the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the values we hold dear will forever be etched in our hearts and minds.
Every day, but especially during moments of remembrance, we are called to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy — freedoms that were safeguarded by those who selflessly gave their lives in service to our nation. These heroes were not just soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines; they were fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, and friends. Their sacrifices have paved the way for the future we live in today.
It is our duty and privilege to ensure that their legacy is never forgotten. Through our gatherings, ceremonies, and ongoing work in the community, we keep their memory alive. As we move forward, let us continue to honor them by living with the same spirit of service and unity that they so courageously displayed.
To the families who have lost a loved one in service, please know that you are forever part of our family. We stand with you, offering our support, gratitude, and promise that their sacrifice will always be remembered.
